The focal motto of our company is to offer you the best life time experience as per your customized itinerary at the best package rates. Our team is the family of the local guides from the different part of Nepal dedicated to provide you the authentic local experiences. All of our trips are fully flexible and customized including the trip days, extra stays, transportation, private vehicles, helicopter ride.
BOOKING PROCESS.
All the bookings and reservations must be done through our official website and authorized officials.
For the booking you will have to send the copy of your passport.
Your booking is made confirmed only after you receive the confirmation e-mail from our office.
Just in case you have to make any changes in the trip, you have to discuss with our officials at first.
PAYMENT SYSTEM.
Total 25% non- refundable deposit is required at the time of your deposit for booking your trip. Deposit can be made through websites or wire- transfers. Remaining amount can be paid in cash after your arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal.
If your trip involves any stays in the luxurious hotels or any changes in trips, you are payable for the extra deposit depending on your upgradable demand. And if you are willing to have Helicopter ride during your trip, the full airfare cost is required along with the deposit payment.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDING POLICY
You will get 75% refund if you cancel out your trip 60 days before the trip actually begins because no any bookings in hotels and transportations are made before 60 days.
If cancellation is done before 29 days of the trip then, 50% amount is only refundable which compensates all the hotel bookings, transportation bookings and permit tickets.
If you made a cancellation just before a week of a trip, only 25% will be refundable as along with the bookings, advance payment would have already been made to the guides, supporting staffs, hotels and arilines .
EMERGENCY RESCUE.
If you fall sick during the trip, our company won’t be responsible to cover the expenses of the emergency helicopter services. You have to claim your insurance company for the rescue operation. But for your comfort, if you want helicopter rescue services, we can arrange for you with the charges that it takes depending upon the destination.
*Note:
# Tips for the guides and the supporting staffs should not be less than 20% of your trip amount but you can pay as much as you are willing to pay.
# By any chance at first you booked your trip and later on you want any extra services than any mentioned before in group trip like extension of days, stays in private hotel, personal guide and porter, then in that case, you are payable for extra charges on your own.
# You will have to pay for any extension of days or changes in itinerary which may be caused due to some unseen circumstances or personal reasons.
By booking a trip with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound with the above- mentioned system of our company.
